Would you consider selling us a customized version of Backboard that is completely branded with our company info and is hosted on our website so that it can integrate with our customer database?

This looks like the start of a great tool! But here are a few things we would like to see with paid accounts.
1. The option to prevent people from leaving feedback + Approving at the same time. Because depending on the type of project, this could leave room for miscommunication. For example, if I leave feedback that says "change the color to red" and I also click Approve, that leaves the door open for an argument as to which shade of red I meant. So I could add a new version, but then it's not really ever approved if we keep adding versions.
2. The option to prevent all further feedback after the Backboard has been Approved.
3. The option to brand the Backboard page with your company logo and web page color. And remove all of the Backboard-related links and text within emails. (maybe this could be like a super-premium account or something)

it says 1/1 at the top of the board, but I can't find a way to add more than one comp to each "post." It would be very practical for the client, and us, to not have to go to several links to preview a set of comps for the same idea.

Hi, I just signed up and so far so good!
Many of the comps we work with, and would need feedback on, are a lot wider than what the current board supports.
Is there anyway of making the viewing area wider/larger?

Increo Team says: Ulf, thanks for trying it out! As of right now, no, it is not possible to make the viewer wider.
We are currently working on the next generation of the viewer, however, so stay tuned in the next few weeks for a substantially better experience.

Hi guys, thanks for a fantastic product.
I'd love to have text markup available. Perhaps something like Flickr's annotations? ie. the text doesn't necessarily have to show all the time, only on mouseover.

It would be nice if you let it for free for educational purposes. I'm a portuguese teacher and I'd be glad to use it with my students and for my PhD research: ICT in Education.
The Backboard tool is nice for Learning and Teaching!
Increo Team says: Our basic Backboard accounts are always free. The free account allows you to create Backboards with standard security, upload new versions, and use most of Backboard's functionality.

I have to second the whole branding thing. Also, it would be nice if the viewing areas were a bit different than the actual marketing site.
Any idea when "Thanks! The Backboard Team" will be removed from those emails?
Increo Team says: It's on its way out. Look for emails signed with a less obtrusive "Thank you!" to be launched tonight or tomorrow morning.
Note that emails to you (the account holder and Backboard creator) from the Backboard service will still have the same signature.

SWF support would be welcome. This is the only thing keeping me from switching my company over to Backboard.
Increo Team says: Thanks for the feedback. We are working on SWF support--it would be a great complement to the other image and document formats we already support. We will keep you updated and let you know when SWF upload is available.

Nice product. Although, as far as I can tell, the pay plans are still backboard branded. I feel that pay plans should allow you to at least customize the emails (i.e., no "Thanks! The Backboard Team"), if not other aspects of the branding. Thanks.
Increo Team says: We are evaluating adding some additional branding options to Backboard, watch for some exciting new changes over the next couple of months.
In the meantime, we are in the process of changing emails to get rid of that pesky "Thanks! The Backboard Team".
